Be extra vigilant for the following common toxic substances found in the home:
Alkaline detergents: Dogs may be poisoned by accidentally touching them and show signs of burning skin, do not induce vomiting when resuscitating.
Solvents or thinner: owners mistakenly use it to wash off the dog stained with paint and harm the puppy, vomiting, diarrhea, may also produce spasms and tongue ulcers. You can wash the fur with soap and water, and immediately send to the hospital for resuscitation.
Antifreeze: antifreeze leaking from the car tank is the dog’s favorite smell, walking after poisoning, shaking, weakness, spasms, coma, a small amount of edible soda can be used to induce vomiting, because it may be fatal, should be sent to the hospital immediately. Aspirin: after picking the food or due to the owner mistakenly giving the drug, the dog will have a loss of appetite, depression, vomiting (possibly with blood), and spasms. Marijuana: After picking marijuana, the dog shows symptoms such as uncoordinated movements, fear, excitement, biting, dilated pupils, etc. At this time, you should avoid letting it be stimulated, and follow the doctor’s advice to take tranquilizers.
Carbon monoxide: car exhaust, wrong use of gas, indoor bathing caused by carbon monoxide poisoning of the dog, the gums are cherry red, shaking and unconscious, let it breathe fresh air, and artificial respiration first aid.
Chlorine: After being poisoned by picking water purifiers containing chlorine at the pool (general pool water disinfected with bleach is harmless), the dog’s eyes and mouth will be red. Use water or salt water to wash the eyes and mouth to detoxify the dog.
Liquid detergent: Dogs accidentally drinking in the washing solution, poisoning foaming or bubbling in the mouth, with water to wash the mouth can be.

Kerosene: Accidental ingestion of kerosene contained in a heating system or cleaning agent causes abdominal discomfort in dogs. Do not induce vomiting at this time, feed a mixture of milk and vegetable oil, and then take a laxative as prescribed by the doctor.
Tobacco: Tobacco poisoning from picking and eating cigarettes can be relieved with activated charcoal tablets if it causes vomiting.
Lead: old-fashioned paint, water pipes, fishing lead pendants, solder, linoleum, certain lubricants can cause, symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain, nervousness, fear of light, screaming, walking shakily, vomiting and then immediately sent to the hospital.
